Some uses of the Artificial Intelligence may be open nevertheless its general cost is pretty high: being trained to do stuff, including responding humans and writing for us or saving our lives from bullets takes lots of resources (energy, time, money, books or whatever else is necessary for a good result). Being programmers we understand a lot of other things about the Artificial Intelligence development even if we are not involved yet in such development.
If you want an Artificial Intelligence used for a limited task like doing repetitive things you can use the current results and you can train the new AI pretty good but if you want fully aware we wish you good luck with that. You may succes in one or two decades of hard work on that.
