Second thing is to keep posting the URLs on social media as often as you write. You should not post it right away, you can expect a few hours in order to post more links instead of only one but, at least, you should make an account on the big current social media platforms and keep interaction with the people on them - you can find there a fre good things and people can also be reading you.
The third thing is to keep writing comments with links on your website. Many of those backlinks will be nofollow (not counting for the search engines) but at least you can get some visitiors using them.
Getting backlinks to your website is a good think but they should be all natural. Don't add them yourself, don't tell other people to add them or how to add them, just keep writing and posting good stuff and they will add backlinks just because they like what you are posting on your website. Don't buy them, Google will probably detect it and it will probably lower your grade or even ban your website.
Some people believe and say that the guest blogging is also important but we also believe that gGuest blogging is losing your time. You can try it and convine yourself if you are losing your time or not.
